Turning Up the Team Spirit
Even though we are tired, we try to have as much fun as possible during committee week, when we review thousands of applications and make some tough admissions decisions. In addition to snacks and too much caffeine, we have theme days (kind of like spirit week in high school). These were some of the highlights from Committee Week 2015:
"I Can't Believe You Wore This" Day (or wearing whatever clean clothes happened to be available)
"Pajama Day" — aka "I Just Got Out of Bed and Came to Committee" Day
"Smells Like Team Spirit" Day
