The Crowe's Nest

Darryl Uy

I am the associate dean of admissions at Kenyon by day and a TV and movie junkie by night, but my dream job would be to work on Broadway or be a photographer for National Geographic. After majoring in English and theater at Wesleyan University, I worked in admissions at Brown University and went on to earn my master’s in higher education administration at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I’m a cyclist, kayaker, hiker, camper and pet lover (my partner Bob and I have three dogs and two cats). I’m also a glutton for frozen hot chocolate from Wiggin Street Coffee, chocolate peanut butter cookies from Levain Bakery in New York, strawberry soup from the Kenyon Inn, and Bob’s homemade gazpacho and chicken parm.
