On the ride from Columbus to Gambier, I could not take my eyes away from the window. I discovered an astonishing landscape that combines forests and farmland.
Twice a week, I walk backwards around Kenyon’s campus with a group of people and tell them stories about how my college experience has been thus far. It’s my job, actually, and it’s one of my favorite things to do. I’m a campus tour guide.
Ignoring the fact that I had gone to extreme measures for the sake of Instagram likes, I have never felt more in love with Kenyon than at that moment, hanging amongst the trees.
Whether someone’s dorm room is impeccably clean or strewn about with clothes, the art that lives there for a semester becomes a part of that person’s college experience — something that I find really special and unique to Kenyon.
