Autumn in Stockholm is … different. It’s not that it doesn’t exist – at least, the leaves change. But if you blink, you’ll miss it, and I guess I must’ve blinked.
I legitimately surprised myself tonight. My talent, my tenacity, my artistic ability. We all deserve a moment to bask in our own gifts.
Over the past few months, there had been the occasional cloud looming over my head and making me question how I would ever survive as an adult. But I saw then that if I had managed to resolve my bicycle dilemma, I was going to be just fine.
Though much of my first year-and-a-half at Kenyon has been a blur of new faces, classes, and activities, one thing has remained the same: WKCO. There is something indescribable about sitting in the old, dusty basement of Farr Hall and just losing yourself in the music.
