Now that I’m a sophomore at Kenyon, I can’t image myself studying anywhere else. Looking back on my high school years, I’m glad I put in so much time and effort exploring my college options to find the one that best fit my needs.
This is my fourth summer at Kenyon.
As I'm writing this, I am seated by Zack Eydenberg '18 and we're about to fly back to Columbus. I'm devastated for two main reasons; I still have not completed any of my assignments, and I'm just weeks away from graduating from Kenyon College. However, I am in a better place now because of the amazing spring break experience I've had. Four weeks before spring break, I had no job, no prospects and no idea where to start. Now, while I still have no job, I have some prospects and I think I have a better idea of what I'm doing. All this "growth" is a result of the amazing connections I made through the Kenyon alumni network.
I was one of the few kids in high school who knew what I wanted to major in well before I even applied for college — so imagine my surprise when I fell in love with a different major.
I’m here to give you the inside scoop of the comps experience: the good, the bad and the ugly.
